Welcome to H&F Rehoboth Transportation LLC. By using our services—including booking rides, contacting our team, or accessing our website—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

We provide transportation services primarily for students, charter schools, and families. Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability and service area coverage.

2. Booking and Cancellations

• Rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in service denial.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as agreed upon during the booking process (e.g., per ride, weekly, or monthly).

• Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of service until resolved.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Ensure your child is ready at the scheduled pickup time.

• Notify us promptly of any changes in pickup/drop-off location or emergency contacts.

• Ensure your child follows safety rules and behaves respectfully while on board.

5. Driver & Vehicle Standards

All drivers are background-checked and trained in child safety and defensive driving. Vehicles are inspected regularly and equipped with GPS tracking.

6. Safety and Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any student who repeatedly violates safety rules or puts others at risk. We will notify parents and/or school administrators if issues arise.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we prioritize safety, HF Rehoboth Transportation LLC is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events. In the event of an emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian and follow established safety protocols.

8. Modifications

HF Rehoboth Transportation LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
